Return or exchange and delivery policy
- The customer has the right to return and replace the order in the event that it has not been opened and is in its original condition and has not been completely tampered with. Return for a period of 3 days, and replacement within 7 days, and the customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred in that.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order, but the shipping amount will be deducted if the order is executed.

- Shipping within the borders of Riyadh is done through (Barq company only) and the customer can postpone his request, but he must inform us before executing the order via WhatsApp directly after the request or before execution, and when the customer chooses any other company for delivery inside Riyadh, it is modified directly to Barq.
- In the event that the customer refuses to receive the order or desires to replace or return the products, he shall bear the shipping costs incurred, even if it includes free shipping. The shipping amount is deducted from the value of the order.
- For orders inside Riyadh, they are delivered within one to 4 working days, and for requests to the rest of the Kingdom’s cities, according to the shipping company chosen by the customer, provided that it does not exceed 15 working days. Also, the period depends on the fact that the working days do not coincide with official holidays for the delivery companies.
- In the event that the shipping company delays more than 15 working days, a complaint is raised to the shipping company chosen by the customer, and in the event that the user is not satisfied with the outcome of handling the complaint, or if 10 days have passed and the complaint has not been resolved, the complaint can be escalated to the Communications and Information Technology Commission.
- Refunds are made according to the customer’s payment method, and the recovery period varies according to the bank’s or electronic payment broker’s policies.
- When choosing the Barq Delivery Company (Riyadh), the location is automatically sent to the Barq Company, which was specified by the customer on the order completion page, and delivery is often done on the same day or the day after it, depending on the time and working conditions.
